Refund & Shipping Policy
Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase if you are not happy with your order. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. That being said, if your product needs to be cleaned or repaired, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information for your order. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. All domestic orders qualify for free USPS shipping.
We package thoughtfully with all post consumer waste products.
Junk Party is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier. We ship all orders to the shipping address provided to us by the customer. Please check that your shipping address is correct as Junk Party is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. Junk Party is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.
